Booking & Pickup Instructions

This statement is temporary until the final invoice is issued.

Reserved goods will be canceled while retaining the paid amount in favor of the customer if the goods are not collected within the following periods:

• 
  100% Paid: Maximum reservation period of 21 days
  
• 
  50% Paid: Maximum reservation period of 14 days
  
• 
  25% Paid: Maximum reservation period of 7 days
  

The customer's receipt of the goods constitutes acknowledgment that they are complete, in good condition, and free from defects.

The customer bears full responsibility for verifying quantities and item types.

Please ensure the color and size are correct before installation, as the company is not responsible for the product after installation.

In case of promotional offers, the full invoice amount must be paid within the offer period. If only part of the amount is paid, goods will be delivered equivalent to the amount paid only.
