Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are allowed within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that:

  The goods are in their original condition
  
• 
  The same color and size are available
  
• 
  The original invoice is presented
  

Goods must be returned directly to the warehouse from which they were collected.

Third-grade items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

No customer service is provided for third-grade products.
